Phone crazy. Phones are a part of our everyday business existence. When we go to work in the morning, on average we have 4 - 5 voice mail messages waiting for us. If we pick up our messages and return each of those calls we will inevitably receive 3 more calls and 3 more voice mails simultaneously. While returning those three messages we will receive a fax, another voice mail message and our cellphone will ring more than once. CRAZY just plain CRAZY. So, how do we deal with all these transmissions all at the same time without bogging down the productivity of our entire business? We started researching that very solution. What we learned was that there is no solution that is inexpensive or easy. So, if you find a solution be sure to give me a call, write me an email, leave a voice mail with my cell phone, and fax me.
